Communication: Part 2

Since we’ve previously established that communication is what the listener does, what does it mean when your client leaves voice-mails, emails, and texts several times daily, without you ever replying in a time that you agreed to (daily communication)?

It means that YOU are ignoring CRITICAL DATA!

Answer the following questions honestly:

  1. What extra data could be gleaned from more interactions with your customers?
  2. What relationships do you think could be formed, but are now thrown away.
  3. How do you think your client feels? Annoyed? Frustrated? Ignored?
  4. Do you think your client will be likely to recommend you to his or her friends?

Even saying that there is no progress is still a communication!
